What Is This?

Tabletop Tournament Hub is a free, open tournament management platform for tabletop miniatures games. It handles Swiss pairings, live round timers, judge calls, standings with game-specific scoring, and projector displays — everything a Tournament Organizer needs to run a smooth event.

Built by the same team behind Pocket Judge (the MTG rules engine), this platform brings the same level of polish and reliability to the tabletop miniatures community.

Scoring Systems Explained

Fixed — Each result awards a set number of Tournament Points. Example: Win 20, Draw 10, Loss 0 (Warhammer 40K).

Split / Graduated — Tournament Points are awarded on a sliding scale based on the Victory Point differential. Closer games give both players more balanced points. Used by Flames of War, Horus Heresy, and Star Wars: Armada.

Simple — Win = 1 point, Loss = 0 points. Ranking determined primarily by tiebreakers. Used by Warmachine.

Tiebreakers

When players are tied on Tournament Points, we use these tiebreakers in order:

1. VP Differential — Sum of (your VP scored minus opponent VP scored) across all rounds.

2. Total VP — Sum of all Victory Points scored.

3. Strength of Schedule (SoS) — Average win rate of your opponents, floored at 33%.

4. Extended SoS — Average SoS of your opponents.
